Your personal information is disclosed to these organisations only in relation to us providing and supporting the Service as per your request. We may employ the services of a third party to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting, maintenance, call centre operation or identity checking. In some cases the third party may receive your information. However, at all times, we will control and be responsible for the use of your information. In the event that the business operating the Service is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our professional advisers, auditors and lawyers and any prospective purchaser’s professional advisers and will be passed to the new owners of the business. If you request access to personal information that we hold about you, we will comply with your request except to the extent, if at all, that we are not required to, or are prohibited from doing so, under the PDPA. Correction of personal information

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is correct, accurate and up to date.
